OUR PROJECT SCHEDULING & APPROACH:
- Understanding the Project requirements.
- Preparation of the Elevation drawing / design, co-ordinate with the Architect / Clients.
- Selection of appropriate system, Installing method, etc.,
- Project site measurement taken prior to the fabrication.
- Execution & Handling Over.
Within a week, from the date of issue of Work Order we shall submit a detailed work schedule for the works under this section, co-ordinate with building works shall be submitted for architect’s approval.
We shall submit the following samples of actual job site materials together with detailed technical data / catalogues for the Engineer’s review and approval.
- Aluminium Composite Panel – each type and thickness
- Aluminium Extrusions – one of each section
- Glass
- Cladding Assembly
- Louvre Assembly
Quality Control procedures shall be documented in writing for the Engineer’s review and approval to ensure the design integrity and performance of the as-built product. Documentation shall include schedules, details and explanatory sketches cross-referenced to the shop drawings etc., all as required to intelligently witness and assess methods and materials; and to ensure that both the fabrication and installation are in accord with the contract documents.
